My story

I'm an Oregonian, born and raised, and my path back home ran through California, where I worked in commercial real estate with CBRE. I moved to Bend in 2007 and fell for it embarrassingly fast. I was out running through neighborhoods I'd someday sell homes in, and the same faces kept showing up: at the grocery store, at the parks, at the breweries, on the trails. I didn't know anybody yet, but Bend kept acting like I did. That's when I understood what a real community feels like.

I got my license that July. My mom and my sister were both selling real estate in Idaho right then, during the boom, and I arrived just in time for the opposite: the market shifted almost the moment my license printed. Nobody was beating down my door. Honestly, that was the best thing that could have happened to me. I had to get to work. I found great investor clients, learned to create business instead of waiting for it, and did some of my best work in a soft market. Nineteen years later, that's still my foundation.

Here's the thing about this job. Your home is where you build your family, where you celebrate your holidays, where your friends gather, where you feel safe at the end of the day. I get to be part of making that happen for people, and I feel honored every time.

And my favorite moment? I usually recognize someone's home before they do. I walk in the door, think "oh, this is it," and then I go quiet and watch the next ten minutes unfold while they figure it out for themselves. After nineteen years, I can see it in their eyes before they say a word. I never spoil it. It's more fun that way.

When I'm not selling houses

You'll find me outside. Paddle boarding, trail running, hiking with my dog, park days with my kids, skiing and mountain biking when the seasons turn. This career let me raise my family here, work for myself, and build a life I genuinely love in a town with 300 days of sunshine. A lot of my clients have become real friendships, which tells you most of what you need to know about how I work.
